“All inclusive” is the loosest phrase in Indonesian liveaboard marketing. Two boats can print the same words and send final bills hundreds of dollars apart, because each operator draws its own line between fare and extras. This page shows where that line usually falls, what the extras cost, and how to read a quote so the total holds.
What does “all inclusive” actually mean on a Raja Ampat cruise?
No industry standard exists. What sits inside the fare depends on three things:
- The vessel. A three-cabin phinisi and a 65-metre sailing yacht carry different equipment, crew sizes and service levels.
- The format. A share-trip cabin follows one plan for every guest aboard. A whole-boat charter can be built line by line.
- The route. Fuel and provisioning for a Dampier Strait loop cost less than a Misool crossing or a run north to Wayag.

Which lines usually sit inside the fare?
According to Komodo Luxury’s published package lists, these are the standard inclusions. Tick each one against your own quote before paying a deposit.
- Cabin for the quoted nights, en-suite or shared bathroom depending on the vessel.
- All meals: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner, cooked on board.
- Non-alcoholic drinks: drinking water, juice, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
- Snorkel equipment (mask, fins, and a wetsuit on luxury vessels) plus life jackets.
- Guided excursions by tender to reefs, beaches and villages on the itinerary, such as Arborek and the Piaynemo viewpoint.
- Crew: captain, engineer, deckhands, chef and a bilingual guide.
- Fuel for the quoted route. Detours beyond it are usually priced as extras.
- Sorong airport transfers, in and out, which Komodo Luxury lists as included on its luxury cruise packages. Confirm this line for share-trip departures.
Komodo Luxury’s share-trip page is shorter: meals, accommodation aboard a phinisi, guided excursions and snorkel gear, with groups of typically 8 to 16 guests. If a line you expected is missing, ask. It may be an extra, or it may simply not have been written down.
What is billed separately?
Government fees. As of 2026, foreign guests pay two charges:

Komodo Luxury arranges both fees for its guests at the prevailing government rate and bills them as a separate line. The authorities set these amounts and can change them, so the quote should show the current figure.
Government tax. Komodo Luxury notes that an Indonesian tax of 11-12% applies on the vessels it marks in its rate table. Ask whether your figure is before or after tax.
Flights and Sorong nights. Every Raja Ampat cruise starts and ends in Sorong, at Domine Eduard Osok airport (SOQ). You connect via Jakarta or Bali on Indonesian carriers, including Garuda; there are no direct international flights. Airfare and any pre-cruise hotel are your own cost. Diving and alcohol. Scuba is an optional add-on: dive guide, tanks, weights, equipment rental and nitrox are quoted per departure, and not every share-trip sailing runs diving. Wine, beer and spirits are charged on consumption or stocked to order.
Crew gratuity. Discretionary, usually handed to the cruise leader at the end of the trip rather than built into the fare.
How do inclusions change by cruise format?
The pattern below is typical, not fixed. A specific vessel can include more or less, and its quote governs.

On a whole-boat charter you can have the bar pre-stocked or a dive guide added as quote lines, which brings the quoted total close to what you actually spend. A share-trip cabin has less room for that, because the bar and the dive plan serve everyone aboard.
What does an all inclusive private charter cost per person?
Komodo Luxury’s private Raja Ampat charters are priced per yacht per night for the whole vessel, never per person, and are quoted on request for the specific vessel, dates, duration, guest count and inclusions. Voyages run 5 to 14 nights, with 7 the most common length. The yacht quote comes before fees, tax where it applies, flights and gratuity.
The per-head figure depends on how many guests share that fixed rate, so divide the quoted total by your real headcount.

Route length moves the total as much as the vessel does:
- Dampier Strait (Cape Kri, Blue Magic, Manta Sandy, Arborek): 4-5 nights. See the central route.

- Misool, South: 7-10 nights because of the long crossing, which tends to turn rough from June to August. See the south route.
