Raja Ampat Cruise Terms of Service

Raja Ampat Cruise Terms of Service

In short: rajaampatcruise.com is an information and enquiry website. Cruise listings, routes and prices are indicative as of 2026 and can change. No booking exists until Komodo Luxury issues a written quotation and you accept it under its terms. Weather, wildlife and availability are never guaranteed, and Indonesian law governs.

Who runs this website, and who do these terms bind?

Raja Ampat Cruise (rajaampatcruise.com, “the site”, “we”) is published by Juara Holding Group. The cruise desk behind it is operated by Komodo Luxury, founded in 2015, headquartered in Denpasar, Bali, with its operations base in Labuan Bajo. Its reservations team handles bookings directly.

When you browse the site, send an enquiry or use any tool on it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

These terms cover the website only. A cabin, cruise or charter is governed by a separate contract, explained below.

Topic What it means for you
Listings General information, not an offer or a hold
Prices Indicative, as of 2026, subject to written quotation
Booking Formed only on Komodo Luxury’s written quotation and its terms
Guarantees None on weather, wildlife, site access or availability
Personal data Handled under Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP)
Governing law Republic of Indonesia

What do the listings on this site actually represent?

Everything here is published to help you compare cruise formats: share-trip cabin cruises, private phinisi charters and luxury yacht voyages. Routes run roughly 4 to 10 nights across Dampier Strait, Wayag and Misool.

  • Vessel entries (length, cabins, capacity, class, photos) come from Komodo Luxury and its yacht listing partners. They describe each boat as last reported. Owners refit, re-rate and retire vessels, so specifications can change without notice.
  • Itineraries are sample routes. The captain and park rangers decide the actual stops on the day, based on sea state, tides, permits and safety.
  • No listing is an offer you can accept, a reservation or a hold on any cabin or date.
  • We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax, medical or immigration adviser. Confirm visas, health requirements and travel insurance with the proper authority or provider.

How should the prices on this site be read?

Every figure is indicative, dated, and quoted for comparison only. Season, cabin class, group size, vessel choice, fuel and exchange rates all change the final number. Komodo Luxury quotes 2027 departures on request.

Figure you may see Basis (as of 2026) Status
Share-trip phinisi cabin Quote on request for the specific departure, cabin class, dates and guest count Varies by cabin class and season
Private charter, Raja Ampat Quote on request for the specific vessel, dates, duration, guest count and inclusions Quoted per vessel
Luxury cruise range Quote on request for the specific vessel, dates, duration, guest count and inclusions Quoted per vessel
Marine Park Conservation Card Set by the authorities; confirm the current rate in your written quotation or at payment Government fee, set by authorities
Raja Ampat Regency visitor ticket Paid via SIPARI; confirm the current rate in your written quotation or at payment Government fee, set by authorities

Government fees, flights to Sorong (SOQ), hotels and insurance are usually not included in the cruise price unless your quotation says so. If a figure on the site differs from your written quotation, the quotation prevails. Obvious typing errors bind no one.

When does a booking contract actually form?

A booking exists only when both steps below are complete:

  1. Komodo Luxury sends a written quotation by email or WhatsApp. It names the vessel, dates, cabins or charter scope, inclusions, price and payment schedule.
  2. You accept that quotation in the way it specifies, which may include paying a deposit.

Deposits, balance deadlines, cancellation charges, amendments and refunds follow Komodo Luxury’s quotation and booking terms, not this page. Please read them before you pay. If the brand does not own a vessel, that vessel is arranged via vetted licensed partners, and its own safety and conduct rules also apply on board.

WhatsApp messages, enquiry forms and availability checks do not create a booking on their own.

What can no one guarantee on a Raja Ampat cruise?

Raja Ampat is a remote marine region in West Papua, and nature sets the schedule. Neither the site nor Komodo Luxury guarantees:

  • Weather or sea state. October to April is generally calmer. June to August brings more wind and rougher Sorong-Misool crossings.
  • Wildlife. Manta rays, reef visibility and birds of paradise are never assured.
  • Site access. Rangers control landings at Wayag, and access can close at short notice.
  • Availability of any cabin, vessel or date until it is confirmed in writing.
  • Flights into Sorong, which depend on domestic carriers. There are no direct international flights.

A route change made for safety, weather or official instruction is not a breach of contract.

How far does our liability extend?

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep figures accurate and dated, but we do not promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors.

As far as Indonesian law allows, Juara Holding Group and the site operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This covers loss from using the site, relying on indicative figures, or visiting third-party websites we link to.

Nothing here limits your rights under Indonesia’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999). It also does not exclude any liability that the law says cannot be excluded. Liability for a booked cruise is governed by the booking contract.

How is your personal data handled?

Enquiries usually contain your name, contact details, travel dates and group size, and sometimes dietary or health notes. We process this under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, UU PDP) to answer you and prepare a quotation.

Your right How to use it
Access a copy of your data Email sales@komodoluxury.com with the subject “Data request”
Correct inaccurate data Reply with the correction on WhatsApp or email
Withdraw consent or request deletion Email us; we keep only the records the law requires
Stop marketing messages Reply “stop” or email us

International visitors, including those in the EU and UK, often expect GDPR-style rights. We honour equivalent requests, but Indonesian law governs. Your data may be processed in Indonesia and by email, messaging and hosting providers abroad. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What rules apply to using the site’s content?

The text, tables and layout belong to the publisher or its licensors. Vessel photos are used with the permission of their owners or listing partners. You may link to pages and quote short passages with attribution.

You may not copy listings wholesale, scrape rates, reuse photos or impersonate Komodo Luxury. You also may not use the site to send spam or malicious code.

Which law governs, and how are disputes resolved?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Please raise any complaint with the reservations team first. If a dispute is not settled amicably within 30 days, either side may take it to the competent courts of Indonesia. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.

We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new version.
