Who publishes this site, and who handles your booking?
Raja Ampat Cruise is a cruise desk for share-trip cabin cruises and private phinisi or yacht voyages in Raja Ampat. It is published by Juara Holding Group and operated by Komodo Luxury, a real operator in Labuan Bajo. Quotations, booking confirmations and payment instructions come directly from Komodo Luxury’s reservations team.
Many vessels shown here are owned and crewed by independent boat owners. Where Komodo Luxury does not own the vessel, the cruise is arranged via vetted licensed partners, and the vessel owner remains responsible for operating it.

Are the prices shown on this site final?
No. Every figure is indicative, dated, and replaced by the written quotation you receive. Rates move with season, cabin class, group size, vessel availability and fuel costs. Komodo Luxury quotes 2027 departures on request, according to its site as updated in September 2026.

Which government fees apply, and can they change?
Park and regency fees are set by public authorities, not by us. Foreign guests should budget for the following charges:
- Marine Park Conservation Card: current rate confirmed at booking, valid 12 months, children under 12 exempt. Sold at Sorong and Waisai counters or arranged by operators.
- Raja Ampat Regency visitor ticket: foreign-guest rate confirmed at booking (IDR 300,000 for Indonesians), paid via SIPARI.
Authorities can revise amounts, payment channels or exemptions without notice. The amount charged at the counter or on SIPARI on the day applies.
Why might a Raja Ampat cruise itinerary change?
Every route on this site, whether a 4-night Dampier Strait loop or a 10-night Misool voyage, is a plan, not a promise. All cruises start and end in Sorong (Domine Eduard Osok airport, SOQ), reached via Jakarta or Bali, and flight changes alone can reshape day one.
Routes change for reasons outside anyone’s control:
- Weather and sea state. June to August is windier, and the Sorong-Misool crossing can turn rough.
- Ranger instructions. Landings at Wayag and other sites are ranger-controlled and may be closed or limited.
- Permits and local rules. Village visits such as Arborek follow community and regency decisions.
- Safety calls. The captain has final authority to reroute, delay or shorten any day.
Wildlife sightings, including mantas at Manta Sandy, are never guaranteed. Neither are weather, visibility or availability.
How accurate are the vessel listings and photos?
Vessel names, lengths, cabin counts, capacities and classes come from operator data held by Komodo Luxury and its partner vessel records. Listing photos show the actual vessels, not stock images or renders.
Boats get refitted. Cabins get reconfigured, and amenities, crew and tender equipment can change between seasons. Capacity figures are the maximum under the operator’s current layout. Treat each listing as a guide and confirm cabin plans, bedding and inclusions in your written quotation.
Is anything on this site financial, legal or tax advice?

How are third-party figures and benchmarks used?
We quote outside sources so you can compare, and we name them in the text. Examples include LASHA Phinisi, which sets a 5-night minimum and quotes its rates and entrance fees on request for the dates, guest count and inclusions. Visitor figures, such as about 33,277 arrivals in 2024, come from BPS Raja Ampat.

What are the booking and liability terms?
The written quotation and booking confirmation from Komodo Luxury set your deposit, balance dates, cancellation rules and inclusions. Where they differ from this site, those documents prevail.
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, neither the publisher nor the operator is liable for losses caused by relying only on indicative website content, by government fee changes, or by itinerary changes made for weather, safety or ranger instructions. Nothing on this page limits any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
How is your personal data handled under UU PDP and GDPR?
Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP), governs how we treat personal data. Its transition period ended in October 2024.
When you message us, we collect only what a booking needs: name, contact details, travel dates, group size and, when required for permits or the guest manifest, passport details. Data is shared only with the vessel operator, permit counters and service providers directly involved in your cruise. It is never sold.
Under UU PDP you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. International visitors from the EU, EEA or UK can expect the same requests to be honoured in line with GDPR principles; please note that data is processed in Indonesia. Never send card numbers through WhatsApp or email; use only the payment channel stated on your invoice.
